What information should I send for a quote?

How do trade accounts work?
Contact the team or use the Trade Program page to discuss your company and purchasing needs. Account eligibility, payment terms and any trade arrangements must be confirmed directly; this page does not promise a discount or credit approval.
Does the quote form send files automatically?
No. It prepares an email to sales@lummaglass.com for you to review and send. Attach selected files manually in your email app. No file upload occurs through the form.
Can I request a quote before final measurements?
You can begin an inquiry with preliminary details if they are clearly identified. Confirm final dimensions, glass configuration and fabrication scope before production release.

Can tempered glass be drilled or cut afterward?
Finalize holes, notches, cut-outs and edges before tempering. Field cutting or drilling is not an appropriate modification of a finished tempered panel.
Is laminated glass always impact-rated?
No. Impact performance must be verified for the approved complete assembly, including glass make-up, frame, dimensions and anchors.
Who determines the required glass thickness?
Thickness depends on the intended use, loads, panel size and support system. Provide the design specification or appropriate engineering details rather than relying on a generic thickness.
Can you fabricate custom mirrors?
Send shape, finished size, edgework, openings, mirror designation and mounting details. The team will review available options and feasibility for the requested configuration.
Is protective shower glass maintenance-free?
No. Follow the selected product manufacturer’s cleaning and maintenance guidance. Protective treatments have different performance and care requirements.

Do you install all the glass products shown?
These pages support fabrication and supply inquiries. Describe the services you need so the team can confirm scope. Do not assume installation, engineering or permitting is included in a glass quote.
